Ycoor Systems SA was founded in 2007. Its activities are based on scientific computation and are divided in different divisions which can interact. The company develops its business according to two main areas :
- The first area focuses on the creation, improvements, testing, maintenance and distribution for software solutions. Besides Ycoor Systems has created the software geocurve, which will be released early 2010.
- The second area focuses on high quality services for numerical simulation solutions and activities.

Ycoor Systems is situated in Switzerland in the canton of Valais. Our offices are located in Sierre in the
Techno-pôle. This is a group of start-up and SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises) which developed their business in new technologies areas. Since its creation, Ycoor Systems is supported by
the company Cimark , which helps and supports SMEs by giving access to a local, national and international competences network.
Ycoor Systems collaborates closely with the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Lausanne (
EPFL), more specifically with the chair of Analysis and numerical simulation (
ASN) of Professor Jacques Rappaz and with the Computational Materials laboratory (
LSMX) of Professor Michel Rappaz. These collaborations allow to provide our clients a high level of knowledge regarding scientific computing and simulation.
